When you send a quote request through this website, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, suburb, the service you are interested in, and anything you tell us about the job. If you call or email us directly, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow it up.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, and carry out the work if you go ahead. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Your quote request is delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service, and this website is hosted on Cloudflare. Those providers process the information only to deliver the message and serve the site. We do not share your details with anyone else unless we are required to by law.
Tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or third party tracking.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us and to keep it only as long as we need it for the job and our record keeping obligations.
Access, corrections and questions
